Position

 

Seeking a professional Ontario Land Surveyor, who is a licensed member by AOLS or in the process of Articling to join a small land surveying office.

• You will work with an experienced OLS
• You will work on  projects mostly in the Kitchener-Waterloo area
• You will work closely with field survey staff in the field as required

Duties include:

• All aspects relating to Cadastral surveying projects, land development projects and construction projects.
• Communications, including direct client contact and final reports

Project Types include:

• Cadastral surveys (Reference Plans, Condominium Plans, Plans of Subdivisions)
• Various land developments from start to completion (student housing, severances, subdivisions)
• Complex construction projects, grading design
• You are comfortable working independently and with a Team.
• The successful candidate will have working knowledge with AutoCad, Microsurvey and Robotic Total Stations and GPS technology.
• Familiarity with Condominium projects is an asset.

• UTM Control Surveys
• Plans of Condominium
• Reference Plans
• Surveyors Real Property Reports
• Precise Layout
• Monitoring Surveys
• Boundary Surveys for Fencing
• All Drawings CAD Generated
• GPS Surveys

Salary is a function of experience.
